My first port of call was on the phone to an assistant Kerry in the Southampton Branch. I was wishing to view a retirement flat on behalf of my elderly father. Kerry understood straight away what I was trying to do. She was extremely understanding and arranged a viewing for us. This again was very efficient and gave me and my sister an opportunity to see if it would be suitable before taking our father on a second viewing. A second viewing was with Simon which again went to plan and resulted in my father making an offer to purchase the flat. Simon then came to my fathers house to sort out putting it on the market and really worked with the continuity of the same person being involved. I have also had regular updates from the progression team (Steve) which has been very helpful. If it wasn't for Kerry being so helpful from the outset this may not have happened. Just prior to this we had had a very poor experience with another estate agency which had put me off but Charters have been the complete opposite.

We recently utilized the services of Charters Chandlers Ford when letting our new home. The whole experience was incredibly professional with Simeon Field being incredibly engaging, supportive & offering clear & concise communication throughout. The dreaded reference process was surprisingly seamless with Charters using a phone based application to progress this phase of the requirement. All in all a great estate agents to work with with Simeon at the forefront.
