Success through with Charters.

We had been trying to sell my mothers house in Southampton for nearly two years. As we lived outside the county we tried three of the national agents without success. We subsequently went onto "Find an Agent" after seeing it on TV. Charters was one of the companies recommended. When I first met Phil from the So'ton branch he inspired confidence through his knowledge and enthusiastic manner. Although the sales fee was more expensive than others, I think it was value for money. The team in Southampton worked hard from the start. They only required a six week contract and were confident that they could get sensible viewings. They were true to their word and as a consequence we had a high number viewings during the first four weeks culminating with an agreed sale. My only regret is that I did not go to Phil and his Southampton colleagues first. I believe that they delivered great value for money and would highly recommend them.

Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.

Charters Alresford branch - highly recommend.

Charters in Alresford found us our first house around 8 years ago. They have reliably found good tenants for us until we decided to sell this summer. Charlie, Fred, Vanessa and Juliet have been excellent, they are always welcoming when we pop into the office with a question and happy to advise. We have been pretty blown away by our experience at Charters and that is very much down to the wonderful Michaela! My husband and I have recently decided to move to the countryside after years in London and we had quite a specific house in mind that we couldn’t quite find. We had a chat with Michaela and she found not just one but about 5 houses that suited us so well! We did a morning of viewings and Michaela made it so easy with meticulous planning before hand. She was not only incredibly knowledgable and professional, but also just incredibly friendly. It felt like she was really dedicated to finding us the perfect house. As first time buyers we needed a bit of a helping hand and reassurance and Michaela did all of this with bells on!
