It's because she listened to my wants and needs and remembered them even after I hadn't seen her for a week. We have just sold our house through Charters (Winchester) and I have to say that from start to finish they have been amazing! Very professional service but also very friendly, helpful and caring. An extra special thanks to Abbie in Sales, Jo in Sales Progression and Victoria (Valuations). Charters were very responsive - arranged a valuation on the day of my call. Good local knowledge and experience meant that they were well-versed in the property and the development it is on. Used their contacts to generate interest.Kept an eye on pricing and offered useful advice to generate more interest as the market fell. Assiduous in keeping me informed throughout both the marketing and then the sales admin.Now very happy with the result - thank you to all the Alton team and Gwen and Gemma in Chandlers Ford.

We have been eyeing a particular property for some time and recently contacted Charters to arrange a viewing. The also suggested another property nearby that might suit? We met Richard at the first property, his knowledge was first class and answered all our questions, as he did the with the 2nd property. Sadly neither was exactly what we wanted, but must say if I was selling the Charters would be our first port of call. Excellent comms, and personable staff.

Kayleigh provided a brilliant amount of help and support through what turned into a very stressful process as a result of the solicitor I ended up using. I have recently bought a property through Charters. Everyone says buying a house is a stressful experience and I should have believed them. Luckily, Kayleigh from Charters Southampton explained everything I needed to know. She also went above and beyond, listening when certain points of the process became quite stressful and understanding what it is like from the buyers perspective. Challenging market conditions and early stages of generating interest & getting viewings arranged was ok, but not brilliant. Communication over the longer than hoped for period on sale could have been much better, however, after an offer had been formalised (well below guide price suggested) follow up process and communications were excellent and very responsive.
