A very good experience with Charters

A very good experience with Charters. Although we never found a house to purchase with them they were very attentive, listening to our needs and alerting us to anything that may suit us in a home. Tilly was especially helpful from the Park Gate office - regular emails and calls but not over doing it! Lewis and Nathan were lovely from Bishops Waltham also. Well done guys.

We had a lovely young lady by the name of Tilly Orsmond. She was our agent from Charters. My partner is disabled and in a wheel chair. It is very difficult for Pete to get in anywhere because of the frames on modern front and Patio doors have a bottom Upstand. Once Tilly understood his needs, she did her best to find places for him to get in. We really appreciated her efforts. We have now found somewhere To live. We got it before it even went.

Although we didn't end up proceeding with a purchase with Charters I would like to say that Tilly Orsmond was a pleasure to deal with, and the most professional estate agent that we dealt with during our house hunt. Tilly took time to understand our needs and requirements, and was refreshingly proactive in suggesting houses that we initially weren't considering but did tick the boxes of our search. She was also the most consistent person we dealt with in regards to following up and checking in with us, which elevated her above other agents we were dealing with. With numerous estate agents to choose from, I am exceptionally pleased to have selected Charters of Southampton to sell my property. The first viewing was arranged before the property went online. 7 days of going online the property was sold STC. Additionally, a viewing had actually been booked for the same week which then had to be cancelled. The marketing for the sale was excellent, the staff were efficient, always polite and professional. I’m particularly pleased with my agent Phil Northover, he was courteous, passionate about what he does and professional. Perhaps most importantly though, Phil’s years of experience in the housing market (respectfully intended) was invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters of Southampton
