We've had a fantastic experience with Charters so far. They have been so proactive and professional in helping us find a suitable property. Cameron at the Chandlers Ford branch was exceptional when viewing several properties with him. So professional, knowledgeable and engaged. Streets ahead of any other agent we've viewed a house with from other companies. We're just about to market our house with them and the service and attentiveness has been far superior to other companies. The whole team at our Southampton office have been great but our agent Phil has been especially superb. Again super knowledgeable and proactive. I have full confidence they'll do a great job marketing our home!

A very good experience with Charters. Although we never found a house to purchase with them they were very attentive, listening to our needs and alerting us to anything that may suit us in a home. Tilly was especially helpful from the Park Gate office - regular emails and calls but not over doing it! Lewis and Nathan were lovely from Bishops Waltham also. Well done guys.
