I think we experienced one of the longest conveyances going but we got there - a 5 person chain, many a local byelaw nuance, some differing levels of commitment, a false start and few hiccups along the way, after a LOT of phone calls we all came out smiling in the end! The perseverance and effort in the final days and weeks was brilliant going above and beyond what the 'procedure' was to find answers to undisclosed situations. The start of the process was equally strong, we just had a few hiccups in the middle, which once rectified led to strong communication channels, progression where possible and an outcome in line with expectations. It was a nail biter - ready for a strong drink now :-)

We’ve recently used Charters Parkgate for a sale and purchase. From initial contact they were polite and considered and have been diligent to find the right buyer for our property as well as taking the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home. The communication and support from the whole team has been personable and responsive and particular thanks to Tilly who has been a real delight to work with. Throughout the highs and lows of buying and selling Tilly has been by our side and has gone out of her way on several occasions for which we are really appreciative, she’s a true gem!
