We are extremely grateful to Stephen Henry and his team at Charters Estate Agents for giving us essential help and advice during a very difficult and stressful sale. We have recently sold two properties, one in Southampton and one in Exeter, and both the buyers used Lawcomm as their conveyancing solicitors; they were awful and delayed the sale on both occasions by at least four months. Never use them. However Charters were excellent.
