Very pleasant experience from start to finish! Lily was extremely friendly and professional throughout, she was able to answer all my questions as about the property and was just a lovely person. Harrison kept me well informed at the offer stage and once again very friendly, it seemed like it meant as much to him to give me the good news I had been accepted as it did to me. Very clear communication from everyone involved and couldn't recommend the team at Charters enough.

We chose Charters due to our need to get sold quickly, and they had presented themselves as being very proactive, with proven success and we liked their approach. We have not been disappointed! I can’t find a single fault, we have been kept updated throughout, had viewings booked in before even going on the market and received 2 offers within a week, plus achieving more than we thought we could for the house. We are still in the selling stage but I can highly recommend Charters on every level. We have had most communication with Cameron and Luke, but the whole team has been fantastic.

The whole experience with Charters Park Gate has been nothing short of textbook. I initially contacted the team early in February and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Storme, who throughout the process, has been exceptional. From her initial visit, where she was the perfect mix of professional and personable, to her help and advice during negotiation, where she remained patient and reasonable, it was a real breath of fresh air. The photography that was taken of my home was fantastic; the team really took time and care to make sure that my home portrayed in the way it should be. Viewings were conducted in good time and around whatever time worked for my family and I. It really felt like the team took the time to learn the particulars about my home too, which gave me great confidence that anyone that came to see my home left with as few queries as possible. The result of the impeccable service I was treated too by Storme and also a special mention to Tilly, resulted in me selling my home within the 2 weeks of going on the market for a price that I am happy with. To Storme, Tilly and Jonathan, thank you. Should I ever need to, I will have no hesitation in using your services again.

Having had negative experiences with estate agents and the rental market and being first time buyers, I was extremely nervous about our first viewing. I couldn't have been more wrong though! Sarah (from the Southampton branch) instantly made myself and my partner feel at ease upon arrival with her warm and enthusiastic nature. We viewed two properties with her and whilst they weren't what we were looking for we appreciated her taking the time to talk openly with us and gauge more of an idea of what we are looking for. We hope to view more properties with Sarah (and Charters) soon.

I queried a viewing for a property in Southampton at the beginning of this week. I was dealt with by a lovely employee called Samuel Scott who booked me in that day for a viewing. He was very professional but also very friendly and helpful. We have now been accepted for the property and organising the move. Sam made our experience very stress free and reassured us throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!

After some concerns that our hot water and heating wouldn’t be fixed in a timely manner, Kelly Santos helped push it through and within a couple of days we had a new boiler fitted. Kelly was extremely communicative during the process by calling each day to ensure we were happy with everything. So appreciative of Kelly sorting it out so quickly for us.

My partner and I have experienced a rollercoaster of a year; being forced to sell our beloved home owing the skyrocketing interest rates and then facing the tortuous task of finding another house. After several disappointments (including one failed sale and three failed purchases), we located a beautiful home, marketed by Charters. From the moment we contacted them (Bishops Waltham branch) to request a viewing to the point we exchanged contracts (this week!), the staff at Charters have been nothing but professional, understanding and compassionate. They appreciated the stresses we were under and bent over backwards to expedite the process. Really grateful for everything they’ve done for us.
