We went with Charters to sell our house, after a disappointing service from another agency. The marketing was excellent, getting plenty more viewings, and within a few weeks they had found us a buyer. Then our sales progressor Kayleigh saw us through the sales process, which proved long and arduous but Kayleigh was an excellent and efficient communicator and kept things moving - and even stepped in, above and beyond, when our solicitor badly let us down.
