We originally found another property to rent, but after seeing it and decided it wasn't for us, Chloe continued to reach out to see what we WERE looking for. We told her and then a few weeks later, she reached out with a house that wasn't even on the market yet. We LOVED it and it marked all the boxes we were looking for, with a bonus of a walk in closet! I cannot thank her enough for going the extra step to get us this place.

So we had the pleasure of working will Lily from Charters. We are moving from the north of country so she made every aspect of viewing homes easier. Including personally making an effort to look for homes for us when the landlord decided to sell the one we wanted. The second time we came we met Lily she waited 45 minutes for us as we were late, she had already booked out a longer time for us. For a young lady she had a fantastic work ethic! Our whole experience with Charters has been very, very good. Harrison has been brilliant too! We have been accepted on a house and will be moving in vert shortly and it is all thanks to the team at Charters. I really couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you very much Charters!

We received excellent personal service from Shannon Wilton, who expertly identified our preferences and needs and also worked with our timeline, that many may have considered unrealistic, to secure our new home by the date we needed. All of our requests were dealt with promptly and nothing was too much for Shannon who went out of her way to ensure that we felt confident and supported throughout the whole process. She was extremely pleasant while being very professional and I would certainly recommend her wholeheartedly.

Charters make the sales process calm and controlled despite everything that can happen. Simon Edser is the most knowledgeable Estate Agent you could hope for and actually cares for his clients. The addition of Kayleigh Ryan to support the process and chase everything was beyond value. Her good nature and humour made moments of stress just go away as you had someone to find out the situation and make things happen

This was an interesting estate property sale, which led to a longer sale. Charters were good to explain all, and gave us regular (but not annoyingly so) updates throughout. Jo Goddard was particularly helpful with regular calls and emails. She was also extremely kind.

We have been very impressed by Charters at Chandlers Ford. Our initial look around the property was relaxed and fun with Jake. He put us at our ease and joined in with our enthusiastic responses to different aspects of the property. Cameron was a delight when we made our offer and visited the office. He was realistic but encouraging and we left hopeful that things would go our way. The final phone call from Luke was in the same vein and he was delighted for us that we had secured the property.An extra mention for Cameron who took the initiative to send us an introduction to his recommended legal firm to handle the sale. We recently sold our house through Charters in Chandlers Ford, and have been extremely impressed by the team that took care of our house sale. Storme Zinn and Natalie Lewis took charge of the house viewings, and were extremely respectful and professional throughout. We had a good number of viewings, and all of the prospective buyers were in a position to proceed. Furthermore, they always followed up with detailed feedback in a timely fashion. Kayleigh Ryan managed our sale once we had an offer, and did an outstanding job. She helped overcome all of the usual challenges you expect during the process, and provided us with regular updates throughout the process. I really can't thank Kayleigh enough for her dedication and the professional manner in which she managed our house sale. All in all, a very positive experience, and a great example of teamwork at its best from the Charters team. Thank you!
