I have used the Winchester branch of Charters Estate Agents. Oliver Purvis, Manager and his team, especially Alice Mackonochie, have made the sale of my late mother's house as straightforward and seemless as possible. They have been great at marketing and selling the house and have been extremely helpful at all times. Their communication has been excellent. Jo Goddard the sales communicator has contacted me every week to update me on how the sale has been progressing. She has been helpful and positive throughout. I am not local to the area, and needed to deal with everything long distance. The team at this estate agents have made everything straight forward and stress free. I would highly recommend them.

Jane, Sarah and the team really looked after me. I felt supported which when you’re selling your home for what ever reason is paramount. Historically when I’ve sold homes I would often find myself having to do viewings in the evenings or weekends but Charters always took control of viewings which was a real plus for me and rare amongst the estate agent community.I would highly recommend the Alton, Hampshire branch. Well what a journey, from being stalked by Jonathan to instructing them to be the agent what wasn't going to be an easy sell. I have sold a number of properties and been in contact with numerous agents (these were the third to be instructed) and by far the best. Their communication was extemporary, the agents well briefed and always complimentary on the house. But on the sell we were referred to Jo G, now I don't like to be shifted about because I had formed a relationship so this Jo to act as liaison I had no idea what she was about. The actual lead to the exchange become complex and frustrating with important professionals not communicating, however Jo sat in the middle and kept me calm she was brilliant! She was really committed with I think the latest calls to me after 7 on some Friday nights. I cannot fault the whole experience nor the team. Well done!

charters should be the only estate agents you use.Sarah was amazing from the beginning and refused to give up finding me a place to live in and in perfect time with 0 pressure on her end.There was never a time she wouldn't be there for a quick response and made the whole experience simple and easy, I couldn't reccomend her and charters anymore they deserve 10*sAshley showed me the new place and was very polite and explanatory, another great member of their team.Thank you.
