Communication from the team at charters was exceptional, there are always times in a house sale or purchase with a chain involved when its difficult to know exactly what's going on and can lead to frustrations. In particular Jo in the sales progression team who knew exactly when to give a gentle nudge or a more forceful push was a key part of our sale happening, updating us on every stage. First class.

Despite the valuation being over ambitious and unrealistic, I was happy to go with Charters because of their reputation and sponsorship of Winchester rugby club. Once the sale was agreed, Jo was specially helpful in providing weekly updates and chasing round all parties right up to exchange I can wholeheartedly recommend Charters, as long as you are aware of what the real market value is.
