Was greeted by office manager who was very polite. I requested certain paperwork and this was done straight away, no fuss.Toby is a very welcoming person, offered me a drink, and coffee while I waited for a lift to the viewing. Toby was engaging in conversation, made me feel at ease, and we were laughing.Was taken to the viewing, then dropped off next to my car in another car park. All of this was absolutely no problem for any of the staff.

We were really impressed with the service we received from Oliver and the team at Charters when selling our late mother’s house. Their communication was always prompt, professional and sensitive, they were very proactive agents, and gave us sensible and practical advice. I cannot thank Sarah Bainbridge enough for her outstanding service during a particularly stressful period when we needed to quickly find suitable houses to view. Her professionalism, dedication, and understanding made the process much smoother. Sarah was always responsive and proactive, offered great advice, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home. We had previously purchased through Paul Stephens (then at another agency) and found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and effective at managing the transaction from start to close. So when it came time to sell we went back to Paul (who had by then moved to Charters) and asked for his advice and help with the transaction. Paul’s market knowledge and pool of contacts saw us get a good offer swiftly and the transaction was smoothly and professionally managed to completion. I have no hesitation recommending Paul if you are buying or selling property in Winchester

Having started from a relatively low point in my opinion of dealing with estate agents, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service provide by Charters in Chandlers Ford. Unlike other agents I had dealt with they were prepared to listen to my point of view and engaged in very detailed discussions regarding how I wanted my house presented and how I wanted people to be shown around the property.They were honest and open about every potential buyer and brought several offers to the table. Once an offer was accepted, they were closely involved in the sales process liaising with my buyer and my solicitor to smooth out any bumps in the road.If I was to sell again, Charters would be my first port of call and that, I think, says it all.

GoogleLet me down twice just to view a property. First of all the customer service was rude from Chelsea. Kept talking about financial appointments?! Second of all, booked viewing twice on a property and was let down by Edward. Then a guy called Jake called didn’t apologise and tried to say view another property… No urgency, Poor agent. Very poor service overall. Don’t recommend to buy or sell with this agent. Go somewhere else.
I apologise for any inconvenience and frustration you experienced. Chelsea initially registered your interest in properties, but unfortunately, our phone line cut out due to technical issues. The property you booked to view on the Saturday sold before your appointment, and we had to cancel the viewings based on our client's instructions. Jake informed you of the sale and suggested other available homes. I am sorry you did not have the opportunity to view the property. This is out of our hands. Our proactive team achieved a quick sale for our clients, which led to the cancellation. We have been trying to assist you by recommending other homes on the market. We strive to offer the best service possible and regret that we did not meet your expectations this time. However, to reiterate, when a homeowner agrees to sell their house before you have viewed it, we have to share that offer with the owner and if they accept the offer and want to stop viewings taking place, for obvious reasons, we also have to act on the owners behalf. We have left several messages and emails without response. We wish you all the best in your search.
