Nothing was too much trouble and the team were always polite. A great team! Very proactive in helping us find a new property including Dan at Romsey!

After going through a really stressful time, I contacted charters estate agents in park gate and made communications with Lily Mott who has been a massive help in the process of finding me and my son the right home. I can’t thank her enough, any problem I’ve had has never been too much, she is always quick to reply and efficient and most importantly so friendly. Harrison has also been a great help in the process. Charters have been great in assisting with barriers that come with renting in todays market, thank you!

Having a personal contact Daniel Newman and support from his team has been fantastic. Daniel has always been informative supportive friendly and a positive attitude even when things have been really stressful. We could not have got this far in the end without his support. We had a somewhat tumultuous last tenancy, mostly down to our landlord, and were so very glad to be able to draw it to a close.However, not wholly unexpectedly, the landlord became challenging during the end of tenancy process.Madelein, Charters' End of Tenancy Manager, was on hand to provide sage advice, guidance and a great deal of empathy; all things that are often lacking, when you are a tenant.Madelein was able to support negotiating a mutually acceptable set of liabilities, and arrange a refund of our deposit.We were so grateful for Madelein, and being able to put a positive end to something that had been much less so, up to this point.
