Charters made our process of finding a new flat to rent very easy - shoutout to Ashley in particular who went above and beyond in offering to find cover at the office just to take time out to give us a viewing he knew we were very keen on. Furthermore, he kept great communication with us and the landlord to secure us an offer within only a few days. Thank you!

Cannot fault the service provided by Charters. Simon and Ned have consistently gone above and beyond to help find a house for my father-in-law to downsize to. They have taken care to understand exactly what’s needed and where, and have made every effort to keep us informed and provide relevant information. Sarah Bainbridge was fantastic. As we were relocating from South Africa we started looking online. We made contact with Sarah and from the beginning was friendly and helpful. As we did not know the property rental market she guided us in the right direction. She understood what we needed. I had looked at many houses and dealt with many agents in my quest to find the right house. From the moment I enquired about one of Charters properties, Sarah was not only extremely efficient, professional and communicative but also really friendly and approachable and that’s important. She didn’t rush me through my viewing, was keen to make sure I’d asked all my questions, had all the information and didn’t try at all to pressurise me to make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble, videos were sent over quickly, I was kept informed and when Sarah wasn’t available, Gary was also great which shows they’re a good team. Charters have been a pleasure so I’d really recommend them :)
