Recently we've had to find our next home and we've came across Charters Estate Agency. We've had two viewings with the lovely Lily who couldn't be more helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and with her help now we've been accepted for a lovely home in which hopefully we'll be able to move in shortly. Also I would like to mention an other very helpful colleague called Harrison. I've spoken with him over the phone few times and equally he's been very helpful every time. I can highly recommend their services for everyone who is looking for a smooth and quick house hunt.

Fantastic Estate Agents, they managed to get a buyer and confirm an offer of the amount I was hoping for within 2 days of contacting them. So before my property had even been put on the market. She's very easy to talk to (not like many other agents I have been dealing with) and very nice. She has also been very honest and has send all the necessary documents very quick to accelerate the process and help us move to our new home as soon as possible. Charters have been fantastic to work with. They know the market inside out and are second to none for their local knowledge. They are thoroughly professional, exceptionally hard working and great at communicating re valuation, viewings, feedbacks and into Sales Progression. You are never left wondering what’s going on. Charters found us a buyer within a couple of weeks and Phil- Valuation Manager, was instrumental in this. Our Sales Progressor, Katie, was very proactive, checked in weekly, even when there were no specific hold ups and the sale progressed very smoothly. All in all, I highly recommend using Charter’s, above other agents in Southampton.

It’s a great experience to have a viewing with Charters. I had a reservation today but unfortunately was cancelled since the property was taken before the viewing. Miss Ella helped me booked another viewing appointment and the property was quite a good choice for us so we decided to take over it. Ella is very professional and hardworking. Also the agent who took me for the viewing was also doing a great job.
