I chose Charters estate agents to sell my property in Southampton , Bassett area purely on the basis that I knew that the sales agent who working for them as he’d sold us a property a few years back. This sales agent , Simon Esda’s knowledge of the Bassett housing market is second to none and together we came up with a sales approach to best market my property. Simon introduced us to a potential buyer within a few days of being contracted to Charters. This buyer purchased the property . The team at Charters kept me up to date with the sales process and Lisa Roberts worked hard on ensuring we informed as to what was happening in all parts of the chain to the sale conclusion. The team at Charters are very professional and I would have no hesitation of using them again in the future.

From start to finish, Charters have been incredible. We were not expecting to move but the perfect house came up and we just had to go for it. They took on not only the purchase of the house of our dreams but the sale of our own house.Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to support viewings of both properties. Their communication throughout the feedback process for the sale of our house was amazing and the sale progression team support us to complete without any issues.I would recommend Charters to anyone looking to move - you are in such safe and hard working hands. They took what could have been the most stressful experience and made it an enjoyable and exciting one throughout the process.

As first time tennents, there was a lot of stress and confusion when finding out first place. That's why it was so essential to have someone as professional, personable and reassuring as Chloe. Not once did we feel any concern that we weren't in the absolute best hands and every step of our journey was smooth. She was always on hand if we had any questions and we were never left wondering about anything. Can firmly say Chloe has been an asset and we owe her a lot!

Sarah showed me a property which I was unfortunately unable to take, but she kept in touch and a few weeks later, after I’d arranged a viewing, added a second property in the same area which she thought might suit my needs. It did, and the whole process was seamless from there on, with me moving in within a week of viewing. Very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team at Charters

Once again Sarah Bainbridge , along with Georgina Mistry on the contract side, have smashed it ! Sarah combines an excellent knowledge of her brief , great negotiating skills and subtle but effective marketing skills by finding solutions to the most problematic of renting challenges. Georgina on the other hand was responsive, knowledgeable and confident about the parameters for changes or amends to the contract . A great team at Charters !
