The Lettings Team are legends!

This is way overdue - I had my flat rented through Charters, and not only was it a really difficult time for me but finding the right tenant was challenging. Gary (who I met a couple of times at first who leads the tennency team - Who I have nicknamed The Lettings Legends) was a complete star. NOT ONLY was he helpful, patient and compassionate but he was so much fun to talk to, he made a difficult time so much more enjoyable and many laughs were had. Ashley, a complete hero - he worked tirelessly to find me someone. He never pushed, and he had my best interests at heart the whole time and was communicative throughout. Sarah as well was brilliant popping out late despite being stood up a few times. They all worked actively and diligently to find me someone. Did it take longer than we all would have liked? Yes. Was it a painful one with dropouts and dissapointments? Yes. Did they work tirelessly throughout? Yes. Did I eventually find a wonderful tenant well worth the wait? YES! I am so grateful to the team. It was a pleasure even when it got difficult and it was a perfect result. Thank you guys - you are the best!💖

We have been renting the same property for over a decade and as I am sure you can imagine we were a bit sceptical when we found out that the letting agency we were with had been purchased by Charters But all we can say is what an improvment in service. Everyone is friendly and helpful.Most recently, a minor repair was needed which we reported via the web site and that same day Emily Cuell (Property Manager) phoned to get more information and keep us updated regarding the repair. Above and beyond customer care

Although we did not have the smoothest of journeys with our house sale, Edward and the team were fantastic the whole time. Incredibly patient, answering all queries and bringing me back down when I was overwhelmed with the general stress of selling & buying post divorce. When we lost our first buyer, the team were on it so incredibly quickly to find a new one so that I did not loose my onward purchase. Always a friendly person at the end of the phone, and went out of their way to help. I came to Charters after a disappointing service from another agent and I absolutely would not think twice about using them again should the need arise. I just wish I used them in the first place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team for getting us where we are today. Now for the next chapter!

I have used Charters in Chandlers Ford several times for our family's house moves over the years and it has always been a great experience. This time round, we have just agreed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home, both through them, in what is quite a tough time for house sales. The whome team and mainly Edward and Luke have been great to deal with and exactly what I needed at this stressfull time. Luke, the valuation manager, that was our assigned main point of contact, kept us regularly updated, ensured our buyer was always updated too and kept us at the forefront of his mind when it came to searching for properties. I also appreciated that he didn't just made us view properties that didn't meet our criteria, therefore not wasting ours and the sellers' time. That way I felt assured that he had followed the same dilligent process when showing our house, ensuring all our viewings were credible buyers. A very professional individual with a very assured and calm nature. He told us 'This is your new home' when we found our new property and I truly believed him, low and behold it was exactly that! Also grateful for Edward and his efforts. A delightful invidual to work with, that knew exactly how to manage the negotiations and get us the best possible outcome. I am grateful to both of them and the rest of the team, including Cameron and Jake for their efforts to get us here! Can't recommend them enough!

Alton office are best we have dealt with

We were purchasing a property through the Alton office which unfortunately we did not complete on but that was no fault of the team at Alton. Quite the opposite Darcy went out of his way to try to get agreement with the seller but we had to walk away in the end. These guys are the most professional agents we have ever dealt with. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks all
