I recently helped my brothers buy a house and have been dealing with Lisa Robert’s. We had a few issues which I put forward to Lisa. She understood and dealt with everything with empathy and professionalism. Lisa was both active with emailing us and phoning to keep us updated. She has always been warm and friendly to deal with over the phone. We also faced an issue which was unresolved after the sale had gone through and yet Lisa dealt with the issue extremely quickly for us. I cannot praise and thank Lisa enough with this. She is an asset to Charters and without a doubt I shall be mentioning Lisa and her team at Charters to all my friends and family. Thank you and keep up the good work 😊

Charters:Andy Jerram and Sophie Pickering - I had a great experience with Charters as I called today and spoke to Andy, who was very helpful and understood my situation in finding a rental property with short notice. He was proactive and worked diligently with his colleague, Sophie, who showed me the property on the same day and she was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I called Andy afterwards to put in my offer and he sent me the form and confirmed his receipt of this after I completed and returned it to him. I'm very grateful for these 2 hardworking and friendly agents to help me secure the rental properly. Hoping that I get it now! *fingers crossed*

My mother was selling her house and as her daughter it was me responsibility to deal with estate agents, solicitors and sales progressors. The process took over 7 months. All the people at Charters Estate Agents were very professional and helpful at all times. However the most outstanding support and help came from Jo Goddard the sales progressor. Throughout the whole time she was always there answering any questions, she called me every week for an update and to check if I was okay. Always knew she was there and made what was a very stressful experience much much easier
