Stephen kept me informed every step of the way, even when others, including my solicitors and the agency I chose to sell with, failed to do so. I am 100% sure that without Stephen's dedication and hard work, I wouldn't have secured my dream home.I cannot recommend Stephen Henry from Charters highly enough. Their flat fee was actually slightly cheaper than other quotes and their sales progression team - mainly Lisa - kept pushing to get us into the new house. The agents in the office were excellent throughout the whole process of selling ans buying. Strong communication by all.
