We have had a good experience with Charters selling our flat and buying a property. We used the Southampton branch to sell, with our sales progessor being based at Chandlers Ford. A buyer was found quickly and we were kept in the loop as our sale and purchase proceeded. If we ever needed to contact Charters it was always easy to do so both by email and phone. We would happily use them again and recommend them.

Highly recommend Jake in Chandler’s Ford Branch. His patient, proactive and responsive are much appreciated. My family and I moved from city with high-rise buildings to UK which is totally different concepts of residential properties. Charters has provided chances to show us different type of property and the areas. It is a long journey of home searching for 6 months.
