It’s a great experience to have a viewing with Charters. I had a reservation today but unfortunately was cancelled since the property was taken before the viewing. Miss Ella helped me booked another viewing appointment and the property was quite a good choice for us so we decided to take over it. Ella is very professional and hardworking. Also the agent who took me for the viewing was also doing a great job.

We have just exchanged contracts on our house move where we bought a property advertised for sale by Charters and were impressed throughout with the service we received as buyers.Cameron showed us a series of properties and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. We missed out on the first property we made an offer on but he showed great determination to find an alternative that would meet our needs and made a detailed pitch to get us to look at a property we had overlooked before. His insight on what we could achieve with this property played a key role in us ultimately making an offer which was accepted.Once we had agreed a purchase we were handed over to Stephen Henry in sales progression. Stephen was highly communicative and demonstrated an urgency to get the transaction complete, which was rare elsewhere in our chain.Thanks to both and all the team at Charters.

Very impressed by all aspects of their service, from the initial meeting (to sell) and thereafter. They were always professional, responsive to changes as the sale moved through its paces, and we always felt as though we were in good hands. Despite the inevitable wrinkles in a house sale, Charters were always on top of the situation and protected our interests whilst enabling the sale. We must mention Jo G who worked so hard to get the sale over the line, often working late, and above and beyond - an excellent professional and very personable : thank you Jo. We highly recommend Charters.

I had to report a water leak in my rental property. It was the first time I had to report any, i called Peter Nobbs to report this and i couldn’t asked for better help, he jumped straight onto the issue and had a plumber round to fix the fault. Matt the plumber stayed until gone 10 o’clock at night to get us back up and running. I can’t thank the staff and tradesman enough for all their hard work.
