Charters were our seller's agents, but were fantastic in keeping us and everyone in the chain updated and aligned even though others in the chain were often less than helpful. Jo Goddard in particular was fantastic in progressing our purchase and making sure all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s were crossed right up and down the chain. On the 9th Charters were instructed to place our property on ‘Rightmove’ we had other agents but we considered Charters was a realistic ‘For Sale Price’ and their commission was fair. We were frequently contacted by Charters to confirm the details.The photographs were taken, EPC., floor plans and description, by the 17th following our acceptance of the particulars the property was listed.‘For Sale’ road sign installed.Our first viewing is the 26th, fingers crossed for a quick sale.
