We have had a successful outcome after 5 months of selling our late mother's home,the journey through this process has been steered by mike.
For 3 siblings selling a probate property has been challenging, both for managing our expectations and hearing some of our prospective buyers less than heart warming comments!! One such being that we needed to cut the grass before the survey .
I guess what you need in this process is some humour, realistic advice and guidance as to how to manage the emotional element of it all , as well as the cold facts on the uk house buying process.
