He is excellent at building a rapport with the prospective purchaser and asks the right questions to really get into the nuts and bots of their requirements and cuts through the chat to their issues and assessments of properties.
He gives the prospective purchaser time to really look at a property without talking too much. He is punctual which is particularly good when one has other houses to see. He is informative and honest about Alresford and he knows his way around the town's organisations. He is polite and patent.
And I am sure he is going to find the right house for me very soon!
