The Trusted AgentOutstanding service
We have just concluded our house sale with Charters and were fortunate to have Leanne looking after us during the process. The sale was quite protracted due to the number of properties involved and Leanne proved to be extremely professional and a delight to work with. I would recommend Charters as an agency and if we were in a sale process again would be delighted to have Leanne supporting us, great job!

The Trusted AgentPositive, cheerful, helpful.
Peter led the sale of my mother's bungalow. He was positive, cheerful and helpful from our very first meeting onwards. He made sure we were kept fully and regularly up to date with the selling process and was always there to offer his thoughts on the state of the marketplace and discuss the sale of the bungalow. He and his team were always prompt to return calls or emails. Best agent I've met and I've met many over the years!

★★★★★ 5/5
The Trusted AgentIn recent years I have used Charters to both buy and sell houses in Winchester. Nony's service has been excellent throughout. She has a sharp nose for the market, is punctual, professional and efficient. Her interest in a transaction extends beyond the exchange of contracts and, perhaps best of all, she is free of all agent claptrap-speak which seems so prevalent these days.
I wouldn't hesitate ro recommend her (again), and Charters, to anyone who may be interested in housing.

The Trusted AgentNony
Our sale and purchase process has certainly not been without its stressful moments and disappointments but throughout it all Nony was on side in regular contact and full of suggestions, she arranged for us to be first to view properties new to market and was helpful and friendly.

Out of all the Wonchester based estate agents, Tom has been the most efficient and responsive to my requests including arranging last minute rapid access to what i believed could have been our forever home even though i contacted him at very short notice and he was due to go onleave later that day.
