I warmed to Hayley instantly - she was friendly, open and honest from the start - characteristics that I would expect from any work colleague. We had to wait quite a while to get our offer accepted and Hayley went beyond the call of duty to keep us informed and updated along the way. Trying to buy a house can be emotionally stressful, and it was nice to have someone like Hayley at hand to support us during the process and add a bit of humour to it all too. We also sold our house through the same agents - and we were thrilled with the level of service from Hayley and the team. As a vendor, we need to hear the truth, even if sometimes that is not always what we want to hear. Hayley had a nice way of breaking news to us, in a constructive and positive manner. She also secured us a fabulous buyer, and kept our buyer fully infomed when our own house offer was taking a long time to be accepted. I would thoroughly recommend Hayley to any potential buyer or vendor.

I'm not sure I even met Kevin throughout my dealings with him, but I nevertheless found him to be exceptionally reliable, friendly and - most importantly - trustworthy, Having already offered one mortgage and done the leg work on it, he followed it up a few weeks later with a newer and better offer that is likely to save us money. That shows a genuine interest in doing the best by the client, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Throughout the sale of my house Sue has been extremely helpful and supportive. Whenever things got a bit tricky she was able to find out and explain what was happening and often put my mind at rest. The Trusted AgentNony and Charters have worked hard for us in acquiring 2 flats as BTL. Nony in particular has been warm and friendly, keeping in contact and chasing (us and vendors!) to do the deal. She is (as are Charters) business like, tough but fair as well as being nice to do business with. We rent the flats out through them too and that part of the service is professional and on top of everything.

I would like to say how fantastic Nony was - not only did she find a great buyer for me at a good price but when others in the chain caused problems and delays she was immediately on hand to sort things out. This was particularly true on completion day when her timely and persistent interventions on my behalf to get the money moving through to me at the top of the chain were invaluable and much appreciated! Good morning. My Wife and I are in the process of selling our current home. Recently our home was viewed on a Sunday morning. In the afternoon of the same day my Wife and I were in Winchester hoping Charters would be open. Thankfully they were. We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who introduced herself as Ellie. Ellie was very smart and couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. Ellie answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner. There was one question Ellie stated she would get back to us on. We left Charters extremely pleased that Ellie was able to answer our questions. After leaving the agent and a few moments later Ellie rushed out of the premises catching up with my Wife and I to provide us with outstanding enquiry. It is refreshing to know a young lady (Ellie) was so passionate about providing my Wife and I with an excellent service. Well done Ellie!. Thank you for an excellent service.
