We were looking to buy a house, we found the service from Charters to be excellent. In particular, Nony Kerr-Smiley is a genuine asset to that office and her company. She is exceptionally bubbly, diligent and kept us informed throughout and in-between viewings. She clearly works 24/7 judging by telephone calls and e-mails and really did her very best to find us a house. I also loved her openness and honesty if we felt a property was not quite right for us. Would certainly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a house.

Hayley is a force to be reckoned with. She would ring me daily throughout my property search and constantly making helpful suggestions to cast my bet wider and increase my options. She was always ready for when I was in a position with a list of properties that met my Criteria.
