Nony was really proactive and introduced us to properties coming onto the market before they were formally advertised. This allowed us to get in early and secure a property which we instantly loved! Nony is a great agent who really knows the Winchester market!

Although I did not purchase through Charters, my week was lifted by receiving weekly newsletters from Nony. Her chat kept me giggling as I perused her choice of homes; hers newsletters felt so friendly. Her selection of properties were mouthwatering, she clearly knows them well and was able to pick out their unique selling points.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Jo . She is a total credit to the organisation . I cannot fault her performance throughout . She has a fantastic interpersonal skills ... very friendly, approachable and consistent . She has kept me in the loop throughout the process , ensuring I was always updated with developments as they happened . Her attitude has left me with a very positive view of Charters and I would not hesitate to recommend the agents to others. I would also like to add that I have had a number of dealings with other Charters employees ( Winchester office ) since I started my house search .. both in person ( viewings ) and over the telephone . All have been very helpful polite and efficient . Thankyou .

Our dealings with Fiona have been nothing but oustanding.. Right from the outset she kept us informed of all dealings, personally met us on site to show us around our house and took a genuine interest in our wellbeing which is really refreshing. Unfortunately things didn't work out with the property due to personal reasons , but it wasn't for the want of trying on both parts. Fiona even at one point offered us accomodation at her own house as she knew just how much this meant to us. That is most definitely going above and beyond in my opinion, she may have lived to regret however !! On a personal note Fiona is one of the nicest and kind hearted people I have I met in a long time. Her sincerity and passion is what makes her so good at her job and as my title states , is world class !!

We have been working with Fiona Light at Charters for the past 6 years, and will be continuing to do so for many years to come. Fiona is professionally excellent, knowledgable and as honest and reliable as they come. We have bought many sites from Fiona / Charters and sold them all back through them. Their market appraisals, local knowledge and values are always spot on and we always sell the properties in a very short time period. The sales team do a great job (from all branches) with following up purchasers and keeping us informed of progress. Meanwhile, Fiona is finding us the next property / plot to develop. Always a pleasure to work along side.

If we had any doubts about this we were soon put straight by the behaviour of our purchaser who managed to string us along for a year before finally exchanging contracts. We would have given up half way through had it not been for the helpful and personal touch and reassurance of the team at Charters. In particular, we are grateful; to Nony for making us smile and keep going when we felt helpless and also for chasing queries and responses for us which lead us to the sale completion in the end,

Simon provided us with an excellent service and I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking for help/advice/guidance with a mortgage. Bought a house in Winchester through Charters. Nony listened to our brief, which was quite specific, gave us details and appointments to see a number of houses which met the brief pretty well... and then gave us details of two houses which didn't seem to meet the brief at all. She persuaded us to go along anyway, no harm in looking. We were pretty surprised to like both of them... even more surprised to end up buying one of them. Very happy that we did. Versus the other estate agents we signed on with I think she took the time to look beyond the headline brief and work out the things which were really important to us.

They say moving home is one of the most stressful life events one can embark on and that was definitely our experience. Fortunately, for us we chose Charters to sell our home and we were purchasing our new home at the same time through a different branch of Charters. Huge thanks to Jo & Oliver, along with great support from the rest of the team at Charters, for making the process to sell my house so stress free. We were looking to buy a house, we found the service from Charters to be excellent. In particular, Nony Kerr-Smiley is a genuine asset to that office and her company. She is exceptionally bubbly, diligent and kept us informed throughout and in-between viewings. She clearly works 24/7 judging by telephone calls and e-mails and really did her very best to find us a house. I also loved her openness and honesty if we felt a property was not quite right for us. Would certainly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a house.
