I was very impressed with Gary's efficiency and effectiveness. He called me back when he said he would and dealt politely and professionally - but with the all important human touch. He clearly had the best interests of both parties concerned and am grateful for the help and support he gave. I think the title of my review sums it up perfectly.

Throughout the process Mike has been approachable, professional and extremely helpful. Michael has shown himself to be a competent, profession and imaginative agent over a period of years. Firstly during an aborted buying process and recently through a difficult and protracted selling process he has remain level headed, professional and kept me informed at every stage of selling when other links in the chain have performed poorly. Without him and his fellow staff the selling process may have collapsed. May I finally say that his good nature has enabled him to laugh at my jokes.

Tom was great from the first time we walked into Charters right up to signing for our perfect house. After just one meeting he knew exactly what type of house we were after! He introduced us to the house we ended up loving and buying. But also provided a list of other options & viewings that were all very suitable to our wants and needs. I particularly remember a day at nearly 7pm where we were deciding between our new house and a house from another agent and had to make a quick decision, Even at this late hour on a Friday he managed to stop what he was doing and personally show us round the property last minute. We were sold after this viewing and put in an offer the following day. Always easy to get hold off, he made the buying process much easier for my girlfriend and I!

This woman should be bottled and sent to all Estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble, she is kind, dynamic, always a comfort at the end of the phone, and a hug when you went into the office. The whole team at Charters were fantastic, unlike their colleague in london. She CARES about you and your family how refreshing is that!

Nony was very helpful when I was buying a house. She understood from my feedback on viewings what would and wouldn't work for me and kept me informed bait what was coming onto the market early, As it turn out, the house I was brought was one I had rejected online but she persuaded me to view it as she thought that it would be good fit for me. And she was right!

Nony, listened to my brief and sent me relevant details through which were inspiring and exciting. Her emails brightened up my day and she certainly sent some interesting properties through. They were the Estate Agent who were chosen to sell Kevin McClouds new houses although I think most were snapped up fairly quickly. The quality and design are stunning.
