From start to finish Tim and his team were friendly and helpful, chasing and making sure our chain was progressing. Even when our chain collapsed, we were able to exchange six weeks later with a new chain in place, thanks in no small way to the hard work and tenacity of the team

As a first time, solo home buyer- this is a daunting minefield! I can honestly say that without Noni at the helm navigating me through my search I would have made some very grave errors. Charters have been an excellent estate agent keeping me informed and always on the receiving end of upto date property information. I have to say also, the office is an immaculate and well presented, relaxing space to be in. Noni went above and beyond sending me personal email updates I'm sure even as late at 11pm! Her advice on surveyencing and her extensive knowledge of Winchester and it's properties has been invaluable. As a buyer I am 100% satisfied and when the time comes to make my first sale, it will be with Noni. I'd reccomend charters and Noni herself In a heartbeat.

He then proceeded to manage the sales process efficiently and proactively - exchange was frustratingly slow in coming and Mike kept us up to date with progress made regularly( and with great sensitivity given how stressful the situation can be). He kept matters on track so that we completed on our desired date. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike - a fantastic agent who works hard for his clients and delivers great results. Tom is a very rare professional in the world of property sales. He is extremely diligent, passionately committed and empathetic to your precise and often challenging needs. My experience so far with estate agents, when trying to find a home, has been largely brief encounters; capture some basics and put you on a mailing list. My first call with Tom was more of a consultative collaboration, helping me to filter a long list of properties, sharing and talking through photos and layouts. By the next day he had arranged, very conveniently, a 'tour' of viewings that took us from one property to the next, cleverly covering minimum ground to see the most homes in the shortest time. It was impressive to say the least. He has a wealth of experience, he listens extremely well and doesn't try to talk you out of your point of view, he just moves on, continuing the hard work. I have already started recommending Tom and would purposely seek him out, should I look to move home again in the future.

I am very impressed with the team at Farnham, especially Jonny. From the start I found him to be a good listener. He understood straight away what sort of house we were looking for and found the exact/ideal home for us (which suited our requirements both in location and style). Two words Jonny said to me 'trust me' and they were the most honest words he could have ever have said to me. Tim has a professional and genuine team at Farnham. Jo, is a true star! The buying process is not something I had been through before but luckily for me Jo was on hand pretty much 24/7 with much needed support and clear communication. She kept the whole process constantly moving in the right direction with very regular updates and managing communication with all parties involved. Jo dealt with my daily phone calls exceptionally well, handling each conversation with understanding and her lovely personable nature. I am sure her workload is extremely heavy with lots of clients to manage but she made us feel like this was the only purchase she was handling and we were her top priority - I am sure that’s how everyone must feel when they have Jo on their side. When our solicitor called us to say we had exchanged, it was Jo I called first to share the joy, even before my family! - Thank you Jo!

Since our return to the UK we have been looking at many properties in Hampshire. We have spoken to many agents and can sincerely say that Noni and the team have been the most professional of the lot. Most others blanket mail shot regardless of stated requirements, brain dead. Answers to question's are handled quickly and you can contact 7 day's a week when necessary. We gave her a long list of ideals we would like our new product to have and she achieved every single one - which we weren't really expecting to be honest! She has been quick and super efficient, working around our busy timetables, able to speak evenings and weekends..
