Jan helped us to secure a nice home for rent in Winchester. It was challenging due to the fact that we were not in country at the time, but Jas arranged a Facetime viewing and we could then get a better feeling for the property. Would recommend Jas and Charters to anyone.

Charters were absolutely excellent from the beginning to the end of our home sale. We were impressed with their customer focused service, they kept us informed throughout, feedback was always given and the viewings were handled with professionalism and most importantly with enthusiasm. Jonny was a pleasure to deal with, easy to talk to, professional but friendly. He always gave timely feedback and offered plenty of advice and we always felt that our custom was important. We never felt hurried and questions were always answered fully and frankly. I would highly recommend Charters and Jonny as a shining example of how an Estate Agent should treat their customers.

We would like to thank Charters for their unfaltering support and efforts on our behalf. Our 'unusual' house needed the right buyer to come along, and we were assured at all times that Charters would find that buyer. True to their word our big house is now happily home to a new family who fell in love with it, and we are settled in our new downsize which Charters also helped us find. Communication was great at all times, and at the final hurdle we were given all the help we needed for things to run smoothly and efficiently. Many thanks to Jo for her part in that, and our special thanks to Nony who was so positive and supportive, and became a friend and ally when we needed it most. We met Hayley at the property we have now purchased and not only did she have all the knowledge about the property and was able to answer all our questions, she also had extensive knowledge of the area as a whole. She is very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the entire process she was very active and it always felt as though she was pushing everything on ( ie. Pushing solicitors to get their issues sorted out etc etc). When the time comes to sell our property, she will be the first person I will seek out to sell it on our behalf. Charters are very fortunate to have Hayley working for them. Utterly brilliant!!!

We bought a house that was being sold by Charters in Alton and they have been fantastic. The team have been extremely professional yet friendly throughout. What is important with buying a house is the effective communication and clear explanations of the processes and steps involved. Jonathan, Mike and everyone at Charters, Alton clearly pride thesleves with this and have been extremely easy to work with. I just wish we sold our property with them!

Hayley was the vendor's agent for a house that we were ultimately unsuccessful in securing. The sale actually fell through because Hayley's client was a particularly difficult individual which made the whole process quite stressful. Nevertheless, Hayley showed us a lot of kindness and truly went the extra mile to try and resolve the difficulties caused by her client. Hayley was meticulous about following up and always delivered on her promises. She took the time to understand our requirements and did not bombard us with endless unsuitable properties. If we were ever to sell our house in the future, I would not hesitate in engaging Hayley. She is a consummate professional who takes the time to understand the needs of everyone involved in the transaction and reliably delivers on her promises with a healthy dose of humour when things get really stressful. This was an unpleasant experience, but we are truly appreciative of everything that Hayley did to get us through it as painlessly as possible. We couldn't have asked her for anything more. Thank you!
