The purchase was very long and protracted due to issues at at the top of the chain. As purchasers we were technically not Charters client, but Mike was in constant contact helping us to finally exchange contracts after 6 attempts (on one occasion responding whilst on holiday!).
I'm fairly confident that had Mike not been involved the chain would have collapsed.

Kevin has arranged our last 2 mortgages and both times has got us a great deal. My wife previously had bad credit from university and her being a doctor means she has banded pay for on call work (which some companies do not take into account). Kevin was able to work with our situation, finding the best mortgage for us that would accept our credit rating and the banding pay. We were on a slightly higher rate but that was expected due to the credit score. When remortgaging Kevin has recently got us a fantastic mortgage offer and due to the rise in our property value we have been able to take out some equity to pay off loans and therefore reduce our monthly outgoings and increase our disposable income at a much needed time of expecting our third child, with extra to do some home improvements. Kevin is a great financial advisor with vast knowledge of products. I would advise anyone and everyone to use him.

She kept us well informed at all times and we will certainly be recommending her to others. The whole experience was quick, easy and pain free which is not always the case. I came back to Tim to sell my house having aborted an earlier attempt due to the local school soliciting for developers to buy the green site by my house. Unfortunately Nony & Charters were unable to find me a property. However I was impressed by the trouble taken by Nony to compose her weekly updates in the form of entertaining emails which also included some local information such as the Watercress Fair in Alresford (apparently there's such a thing as watercress gin). There was also more serious information such as mortgage interest rates (1.08 I believe).
In my opinion Nony 's emails gave a personal touch and made me feel like a valued customer.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Charters as the agent to go to either as a buyer or a seller.
