GoogleGreat Service from Charters Chandlers Ford - Would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family. I specifically dealt with Victoria Richardson and she was amazing. So quick to reply, efficient with everything, and one of the friendliest people I think I've ever met. I first contacted Charters to sell my property because of their reputation of quality service and friendly staff and Victoria personified this reputation perfectly. Of the 6 people who came to view my flat, 5 made offers, showing the quality of their buyers, and we did get asking price for my property. 5 stars!

GoogleWe have found Hayley to be very professional & commited to finding our forever home in the Alton area. We are constantly updated quickly with any new properties that come on the books in our desired area and she always has suggestions for areas we haven't considered. Should we ever be in a position to selking in the area Hayley would most definitely be our first call.

GoogleThroughout the process Charters have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Bookings have been arranged with a decent amount of notice and feedback was usually provided in less than 1 working day. Following a successful offer on our property 1.5 months into working with Charters, they continued to add value by helping negotiate our chain deal to ensure all buyers in the process were happy. Out of the 3 houses down my road for sale (each with their own estate agent), we have been on the market to shortice and have had an accepted offer the quickest. The rate was fairly competive, although some were cheaper. That being said its easily negated by the fast sale we recieved. 5 Stars.

GoogleShocking. If you are a tenant, do not use this agency. Find another letting agent. Their customer service is absolutely shocking - they are arrogant, unhelpful, they will intrude on your privacy, and will take months to deal with any repair issues that you report to them - (and you will have to follow up about 20-30 times to make sure they actually do something about the problem. Today I reported a gas leak in the house, a National Grid engineer had confirmed the gas leak, and it was making me very ill. I tried multiple times to reach the woman at Charters who is responsible for maintenance, but every time I tried to reach her, I was told she had higher priority problems to deal with, and that she would call me back at some point when she had time. It didn't seem that the person who answered the phone had any idea about how dangerous gas leaks are - and when I asked her, she became very rude, arrogant, and treated me as though I was a low priority nuisance. Planning to hand in my notice today on the property after this experience.They are the WORST agency I have come across. I was actually planning to buy a property this year, and I definitely will avoid any properties listed for sale by Charters.

Jo worked tirelessly on chasing my chain, which was very problematic. I had a short duration to get everything completed and Jo took on the task fantastically. Despite having quite difficult people to deal with, Jo maintained her professionalism at all times. Her energy in helping to get the completion sorted was key to me enjoying my new home at last.

My husband & I were first time buyers, being very disheartened & unsure which way to turn we discovered Simon through a recommendation. He was most definitely the light at the end of our tunnel. Not only was he very professional throughout the whole mortgage application process of buying our first property, our sale was processed & we were moved in within six weeks with a brilliant mortgage that met all our needs!
