Ella has been incredible in helping us secure our dream home. I can highly recommend the journey for searching property with Ella in and around Chandlers Ford. She listened to everything that I wanted in respect to the property Ive been looking for and has always been very proactive in assisting with my search. Not one to waste any time Ella is very happy to assist with any enquires I may have and her relationships with the sellers themselves is well established and professional which is evident in her knowledge of the area and each property she is showing. I would be very happy to let Ella (and I mustn’t forget Victoria, another professional at Charters) to represent any future sales I may have.

We recently bought our house through Charters and they were fantastic from start to finish. The sales team were friendly and a pleasure to deal with, both on the phone and when showing us around properties. Gemma in the sales progression team was wonderful! Her proactive approach really helped the sale go through and she kept us up to date throughout. I highly recommend.

Great Service from Charters Chandlers Ford - Would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family. I specifically dealt with Victoria Richardson and she was amazing. So quick to reply, efficient with everything, and one of the friendliest people I think I've ever met. I first contacted Charters to sell my property because of their reputation of quality service and friendly staff and Victoria personified this reputation perfectly. Of the 6 people who came to view my flat, 5 made offers, showing the quality of their buyers, and we did get asking price for my property. 5 stars!

I didn't find a property that was advertised by Charters, however I found Dale and Becky very efficient, professional and friendly in trying to find me the right property, during viewings, and calling me regularly to stay in contact and offering to see properties that were not on the market yet. It's almost a shame that I found a property via a different agency, as I would have trusted Charters with going through the purchase process. The staff were a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend.

We moved to Charters from another Estate Agent and found them to be very friendly and professional. They kept us informed on a weekly basis of enquiries and how the current market was doing. Once they had found a buyer for our property they supported to the exchange of contracts and took a lot of pressure off me. I signed with Charters in Alton in November 2018 as i was extremely impressed with Sarah Harris who came to assess my property. She was extremely efficient and totally honest with every question I asked and was such a lovely person to deal with and that view has never changes. Since they have been marketing my property i have met all the staff either in the office or when they have brought round prospective buyers and every one of the staff there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cannot do enough for you. Unfortunately due to the downturn in the property market, I have now decided to rent my property for the foreseeable future and again everyone at Charters could not have been more caring or helpful in organising this, together with so much advice and help. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Charters of Alton to anyone wanting to market their property either for sale or to rent and couldn't rate them highly enough. Sarah, Hayley, Jonathan, Jamie and Mary are all wonderful, feel like friends, have always been readily available with superb advice and support and I am very grateful to them all for everything. Five stars are not enough for this superb team! Thank you all for everything, kindest regards Chris
