We cannot recommend them enough. Without them, the sale of the house would have failed. In particular Laura and Ellie went above and beyond their duties. Because of the delicate situation, they've become builders, counselors, lawyer, architect and even psychologist. Communication was challenging sometimes because of the many parties involved, but despite that Ellie and Laura never gave up on the sale and kept chasing us for things to be done. So we are extremely grateful to have finally found the perfect professional agent who could understand the whole picture and manage to achieve a successful sale.

Throughout the process Charters have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Bookings have been arranged with a decent amount of notice and feedback was usually provided in less than 1 working day. Following a successful offer on our property 1.5 months into working with Charters, they continued to add value by helping negotiate our chain deal to ensure all buyers in the process were happy. Out of the 3 houses down my road for sale (each with their own estate agent), we have been on the market to shortice and have had an accepted offer the quickest. The rate was fairly competive, although some were cheaper. That being said its easily negated by the fast sale we recieved. 5 Stars.
