GoogleI've been on both sides of the fence where estate agents are concerned, having managed two independent branches in the past. But rarely have I ever found a company whose team uniformly live up to my expectations as a customer. But from the very first day I walked into Charters' Winchester office last year (2018) I was impressed. And although the specific studio I was hoping to rent had already been taken, I recently put my name down in the hope that I would be given first refusal whenever it became available again... I viewed it this week with Kathryn who was kind enough to give me a call straight away and get me in within 24 hours! Sadly, after doing the sums both financially and logistically, a move there wouldn't prove viable for me this time round. But, rest assured I shall be knocking on Charters' door and or making them my first call, whenever I'm ready to step back onto the property market that's for sure. Well done guys, it's fantastic to meet a team who actually mean what they say and stand by it - a rare commodity in this day and age...

GoogleAlthough our new home was not sourced by Charters (due to location constraints largely at our end), Alex was a professional, personable and friendly member of staff at Charters Winchester branch. He has been super patient in dealing with us and our requirements and always went out of his way to help us. We really appreciated his enthusiastic and professional persona during the last few weeks of house-hunting and many of the properties that Alex searched for us were so close to being what we wanted. GoogleCharters in Winchester really helped us in a sometimes stressful journey of finding our house. They sold our house quickly and then were very pro active in sending us through homes to consider and then view. We dealt with Jon Baud. He was really understanding and pro active. Sending us properties as soon as they can on the market. We saw many houses on with Charters and finally found our new home.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with the service we received from Charters Winchester, and in in particular Jon Baud. He was friendly and enthusiastic, yet professional throughout, and he very quickly understood our requirements. Jon's enthusiasm never waned and we really felt he wanted to find a property that was right for us, rather than just achieving a sale. It seemed to us that Charters had a good portfolio of properties in the area, and were quicker to alert us to new listings, before they were generally available on the web. We appreciated the efficient approach of Charters as a company.

GoogleA stressful sale was made bearable and successfully completed thanks especially to the Sales Director, Nony Kerr-Smiley. Mrs Kerr-Smiley did her utmost to guide our buyer through myriad of issues with professionalism, calm, positivity and speed. Without her, I very much doubt we would have had the patience to carry on with this transaction, but thankfully we trusted her experience and persevered to reach a very satisfactory outcome in the end.

GoogleExcellent service, very professional and extremely helpful to deal with. Our house sold quickly and Charters got us the full asking price. Once we had sold we were passed over to Nony who was amazing to deal with and extremely organised. Cant recommend highly enough!

GoogleCharters have been amazing and helped myself and my partner buy our first house together. Mike listened to what we were looking for and found the property for us. We had support from start to finish, always getting updates from Jo. Everyone we met or spoke to along the way were so friendly and catered to our every need. Julie was incredible and worked hard to get us the mortgage we needed. She was around and on the end of her phone during all hours, which was really helpful due to my shift work. We really can't thank you all enough. myself and my partner now have the keys to our first house together. Thank you all very much!!

GoogleWe recently sold a house through Charters and found the staff very helpful and communicative. We selected Charters on the basis that the representative who came out to carry out the valuation had a more professional approach and took more time with us as clients. The marketing material produced was very good.

GoogleI have recently asked Charters to sell my property as I had found a new build I wanted to secure. Matt Newman came around to the house and gave me excellent advice about the current market and pricing strategy. The very next day he had organised my first viewing which quickly became a second viewing, conducted by Matt on a Sunday. The buyers made an offer which Matt negotiated, resulting in them paying a price I was very happy with and allowed me to secure my next home. I have been extremely impressed with Matt and Charters in their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy, achieving my goals in a quick and efficient manner. Thank you to the team.
