GoogleSold our house with Charters. Got weekly update calls and if we ever asked a question by email between these calls we got an answer same day. Nony and Jo were both particularly helpful during the long process.
One comment: The guy that did the valuation said he would deal with us throughout the entire sale process, updating us each week - we never saw or heard from him again! His replacements weren't an issue (in the slightest), but if it's not going to happen, don't promise it.

Having dealt with Charters for many years longstanding, I would therefore, confirm, that my confidence in Charters is absolute such that they would always be my first choice to the extent that this would exclude all others.
The rationale of the aforegoing statement, is because in my opinion, there is no other estate agent that is likely to provide the exceptionally high level of absolute commitment to both landlord and tenant as that provided by the staff at Charters.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that single viewing which the agent was late to show me the property. It only happened once so maybe I am a bit hard on my review. They are always flawless to be honest, but there is always room for improvement, even for the good ones.

We have been so impressed with Mike Maher we thought it would be nice if he got some recognition for his hard work.
