I used Charters to Rent a Flat in Winchester. Kathryn in their Lettings Team was very friendly and a great help in finding me the sort of place I was looking for. If you are looking for somewhere to Rent in Winchester, you cannot go wrong using Charters. They are swift, reliable, and have a good selection of properties to choose from. Highly recommend.

I have been extremely impressed with Charters from start to finish. As a property investor I have used other agents in Winchester and in other cities in the UK. Charters without a shadow of doubt have been the best. I have bought and let via charters and use them for property management. Both the sales and lettings team have come up with solutions when things didn't go to plan. The admin team have always been spot on.

As a recent university graduate looking to start my professional career, I was in desperate need of a house that would be perfect for my adult life after university. Charters, specifically Kathryn Dyer, in Winchester offered a professional, efficient service that is very fitting for the city it is in. I went into a large portion of estate agents in Winchester looking for a place to rent but the bespoke service offered by charters was unprecedented and filled me with confidence. Now renting through Charters I’m positive that any issue I have will be able to be solved by their team and the relationship I’ve been able to build with members of staff, like Kathryn, means I can continue on my professional career with the peace of mind that my housing is in safe hands. Buying, selling or renting I would feel confident in saying Charters are the best estate agents in Winchester.

The team at Charters negotiated a very difficult sales process for us. Without their hard work and patience we would have pulled out of the sale. They were reassuring when they needed to be and we never felt like they were working for one side only. Ellie is a hard worker who went above and beyond at every stage of the process - she learnt how to be a councillor, a builder, a structural engineer, a project manager and in some cases had to get her head around complicated legal proceedings. With a plethora of stakeholders in our sale and purchase, Ellie managed to handle us all with charm and patience. Well done Ellie! I've left 1 star off the rating as I did feel at times there could have been more thorough communication with us but it is a minor point in relation to the positives.

Over the last few months we having been looking for a property.Having visited your office on three or four occasions each time made welcome. Sarah Bicknell & her colleagues are very friendly & professional in their approach when searching & understanding budget plus the consideration of type of home we were looking for. I have moved home several times in my life and I can honestly say that the service that I received from Charters at Alresford made this one of the best experiences. They were helpful, swift and obviously knew the local market intimately. Despite putting my property on the market in October, not the best time to sell, I had exchanged contracts by the 28th of November. This was entirely due to the effort by Charters both in the advertising and the negotiation over the sale. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of either selling or buying in the Alresford area.
