I had an issue with my boiler today and had no hot water or heating. I emailed Charters and Niamh Clouston called me back straight away to advise she would have some one out to me hopefully today. She was very friendly and helpful and sorted my problem very promptly. (As the contractor was with me by 3pm today). Thank you π

GoogleA few months ago I emailed 6 agents in Farnham about our search for a property. Shortly after I got a reply from Kirstie Stone including a useful questionnaire about what we were looking for. Kirstie has been so kind and patient with us as our circumstances are a little tricky as we are moving to the UK after many years overseas. We signed for a property today, Kirstie was literally the only person that replied to our original email and, despite having spoken and given details to several other agents, the only person that continued communicating with us until we managed to secure a property. Kirstie is an absolute gem and Iβm not sure what we would have done without her!!!

Toby has been looking after the everyday dealings and has been exceptional, going way beyond any other agent we have ever dealt with. Toby kept us up-to-date with every aspect of the property, and was always polite and professional.
Peter Sterling, the manager, dealt with, and kept on top of matters in the absents of Toby to maintain the smooth running of the sale.
