GoogleSarah Bainbridge and her Lettings Team were quick and efficient! Despite being short-staffed she was able to secure a rented flat for my son, in a very short period of time, despite all the challenges and additional work associated with him living abroad at the time. Thanks to all involved!

GoogleWe have recently completed on a tricky house purchase through Charters Alton. Our rating is based on our experience of the staff at the branch at Alton. If we were to rate our allocated Charters sales progressor . We had issues throughout with the Sales progressor avoiding calls and not communicating, thankfully from start to finish Toby and Jane went the extra mile to make up for the issues. When we were at the point of withdrawing from the sale due to the poor service from the progression team, Jane rescued the sale by going above and beyond to get the purchase back on track, she is a huge asset to Charters Alton and excellent in her job role. Toby was our first point of contact at Charters and also brilliant at his job. Very much a people person, always cheerful, patient and ready to help. Thank you both for pulling everything together, hugely appreciated.

A very professional, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable agency. They helped me from start to finish. Advising on what tenants needed in the current market improving rentability. Where to improve the property for maximum return. They helped me with quotes for various jobs, including all safety certificates, photos and marketing. I received instant viewings from these products and a tenant was agreed very quickly. A great guiding hand in a difficult market. Since letting has started, they have been the vital conduit between me and the tenant, especially as I know work abroad. Reacting quickly to any issues the tenant may have, providing great advice and solutions. To note Jacqui in sales, Marie-Claire (Maz) in property management and maintenance, and Kirstie in tenant relationship management have been first-rate and been a joy to work with. A strong team that I’m happy are looking after my property for me. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We hadn’t worked with Charters before but after a look online they seemed to have the best properties by far. We dealt with Isabella who was absolutely fantastic in helping with our rental search. She has been proactive, friendly and communicative throughout and I would definitely recommend working with her!

GoogleMe and my Partner have recently started our journey with Charters. So far the experience has been amazing. We have had the pleasure of Chloe Bowers from the Bitterne office helping us and she has made the experience super easy, as the first property we wanted to view ended up being let, but she came to us with another property to view which was in a slightly different building but what we were looking for. We decided that one wasn’t for us due to circumstances out of Chloe’s hands but within a day or two Chloe had another property that matched what we were looking for and this is this property we have now gone for. Chloe has been professional, knowledgable and answered any questions that we have had. Thank you Chloe and the Bitterne office!!
