GoogleMe and my Partner have recently started our journey with Charters. So far the experience has been amazing. We have had the pleasure of Chloe Bowers from the Bitterne office helping us and she has made the experience super easy, as the first property we wanted to view ended up being let, but she came to us with another property to view which was in a slightly different building but what we were looking for. We decided that one wasn’t for us due to circumstances out of Chloe’s hands but within a day or two Chloe had another property that matched what we were looking for and this is this property we have now gone for. Chloe has been professional, knowledgable and answered any questions that we have had. Thank you Chloe and the Bitterne office!!

GoogleWe have been with Charters as tenants before and there’s a reason why we called them up again when looking for a new home. We really appreciated Sarah being so proactive with finding us properties to view. We had a lot of boxes to tick, but she took on the challenge nonetheless, so thank you! Dylan was a great help by taking us on viewings, receiving our feedback and giving us honest advice, which we always appreciate. Charters as a business always feels professional and their properties tend to be of a high standard. However, this time round it felt more personal and transparent, which should only be encouraged!

This is the second time I've used their services, and once again, it has been a fantastic experience. The photos are stunning, taken by a professional photographer, and all the staff are exceptional. GoogleKirstie at Charters Farnham has been absolutely amazing trying to find me a property to rent, i was signed on with other companies and Kirstie was the only one out of all the Agents who called me regularly with new properties coming to market. if you are putting your house up for rent, go with Charters. Their competition (i use that term lightly, in my view they are not) have been appalling, not one call from any of them in 6 months.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through the Farnham office and the whole process has been made stress-free. We were on a very tight schedule timewise for getting into the property and without the help from Saty, Kirstie and Jacqui it wouldn't have happened, they were all Excellent, Very professional and so prompt with everything. I cannot thank them enough, they are all a real asset to the Charters Lettings team.

GoogleAfter my husband died I signed up with Charters to help me move from East Sussex to the Alresford area to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter had bought her property through Charters and from day one I found everyone, particularly Fred and Ryan, very professional, kind and pro-active. They understood exactly the type of property, location and, most important of all, the setting I wanted and although the property I’m now in the process of buying is registered with another agent, which is a great shame, the level of regular contact from Fred was exceptional. I cannot recommend Charters highly enough.
