GoogleCharters have been brilliant in helping with our house hunt. Jorgia took the time to understand what we were looking for and listened to feedback after sending potential properties or after viewings to help home in on the right property. Highly recommend!

GoogleFirst introduced to Charters by Becky Chapman who explained every step thoroughly and in an easy to understand way (as this is my first experience of selling a home on the open market). I had contact from Chloe to arrange getting my property valued who was so lovely to speak to and gave me confidence they were the right people to market booked with. Cameron came to value my property, who was insightful and realistic, answering all of my no doubt silly questions. Then Lydia who showed round a number of potential buyers in a short amount of time and house was sold within a number of days. Still early stages in the process but couldn’t be happier with the service thus far!

GoogleExcellent service from Chandlers Ford office. Negotiations dealt with promptly and efficiently. House sold in days and didn’t even get to market. Highly recommend Charters team.

GoogleFrom the moment I contacted Charters to the day I moved in to my place I had a nagging thought I was missing something, or not being informed of something I should have known about. It was too easy. Turns out that, through Sarah Bainbridge, who couldn't have done more, that's just how they do things as a matter of course. Still blown away, still hugely grateful.

GoogleWould just like to give a massive thank you to Sarah Bainbridge, I approached Sarah about viewing a property to let that I found on right move, I informed her that I’d had trouble finding properties in the area and she advised me that there was also some other options to pick from that might be of interest, she was very quick with assisting me with the other options and I told her which properties I liked, Sarah managed to get viewings for the properties I wanted to see on the same day even offering evening viewings to accommodate my work schedule, I’m very happy to say that within in the space of just a couple of days we have put an offer in and and been accepted, I can’t recommend Sarah enough she has made the whole process easy and quick and has kept us up to date throughout, thank you Sarah for all of your help. GoogleWhen Lydia showed us a property I really appreciated how she didn't just list the features of the property, but expertly sold the 'lifestyle' of the home. She was highly descriptive, painting a vivid picture of how the current family utilises each space, which helped me visualise living there myself and with my family. Lydia’s ability to convey the warmth and flow of the house made all the difference. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an agent who goes above and beyond.

GoogleDon't trust this company. I booked a viewing and nobody turned up to show me and my mother the property! They then denied all knowledge of me arranging a viewing, despite me having a call log of when I did. As potential customers, it has now made us both wary of using Charters in the future.

I had an issue with my boiler today and had no hot water or heating. I emailed Charters and Niamh Clouston called me back straight away to advise she would have some one out to me hopefully today.
