GoogleI've changed a lot of houses the past several years, but Charters (especially Sarah, friendly and professional) has been the best estate I've worked with. Easy steps regarding contracts, references etc and they've been helpful during the whole process. Definitely I recommend them!

GoogleI recently sold my house with Charters Chandlers Ford, I found the whole process great, it was as easy and stress free as a house move can be; from the initial valuation meeting with Cameron Broom where we discussed my house, the agency they used for the photographs which were stunning and the process of viewings and offers with Cameron and other employees of Charters Chandlers Ford. All went well and gave me peace of mind that the sale would go through with minimal issues. I would highly recommend the Charters team.

GoogleWe are buying our first home with Charters and have dealt with Chloe Attrige from the Chandlers Ford branch. From the off charters have been great in communication and giving updates and next steps. Chloe however has been simply amazing gone above and beyond, listened to all our needs and concerns and has been in regular contact. Chloe has bee professional and approachable and taken the time for us whenever we have needed.we also dealt with Amanda who was lovely. As a first time buyer we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and person to work with Chloe is an asset to the Charters team and great at what she does her knowledge and understanding of the market and process have been in valuable to us. Highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a professional, approachable estate agent.

GoogleWe have just sold our house in Farnham through Charters. Our main contact was Josh Futcher. He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. GoogleFirst introduced to Charters by Becky Chapman who explained every step thoroughly and in an easy to understand way (as this is my first experience of selling a home on the open market). I had contact from Chloe to arrange getting my property valued who was so lovely to speak to and gave me confidence they were the right people to market booked with. Cameron came to value my property, who was insightful and realistic, answering all of my no doubt silly questions. Then Lydia who showed round a number of potential buyers in a short amount of time and house was sold within a number of days. Still early stages in the process but couldn’t be happier with the service thus far!
