GoogleThe Winchester team have been excellent in handling the sale of our property; Mark D in particular has been brilliant in his communication and tenacity in achieving a sale, particularly during the difficult and ongoing coronavirus restrictions! I couldn't recommend Mark D, Branch Manager Oliver P and the whole team highly enough; a very professional service indeed!

GoogleRebecca at Charters was fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our cottage. Even with areas of concern for us that were not in her department, she was always available at the end of the phone and dealt with all our needs quickly.. We've been in the cottage for a couple of months now and Rebecca is still helping us out with her invaluable local knowledge.

GoogleA very poor experience with Charters. Numerous problems with our property and a lack of any help was frustrating. Overall a good business, just needs to put processes in place to avoid issues we had.

GoogleContinued to market property and show buyers around that was ‘sold‘ subject to contract, where a reservation deposit had been paid. All within the vagaries of the English conveyancing system, but devoid of ethics or principles. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleThe team at Charters Farnham are the best estate agency team I have ever dealt with. We didn't know Farnham at all when we moved here and they really helped me to get to know the area; explaining where everything was. They always let me know when they had something coming on the market that they thought I might like and ultimately they ensured I found my dream home. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleJust put a property in Chandlers up for let and was able to secure a tenancy within a month of first consultation. Victoria, Jess, Alex, Samantha, Olivia and Tracey all did a great job of organising the paperwork, brochure and viewings then getting all the pre-tenancy formalities done. Charters took the time to take me through the letting process and answer any queries I had. Superb, efficient service and very professional.

GoogleWe have just sold our house and bought our next property through Charters and we could not recommend them highly enough. Elle, Mike, Victoria, Jess and all the team are not just professional, but get to know the client and the property very well, providing informed and thorough viewings, as well as perceveiring to get the right house for us to move on to, listening and taking under consideration our requirements. Working in very difficult circumstances with Covid, they have not let their customer service down and have kept us well informed throughout, never failing to call and update us. Their floorplans and photos are professionaly made; and included in the price, and second to none from any other agent in the area, showing off the property at its best. A very interpersonal service which is just what you need when selling your home. Cannot speak highly enough for all of the team. Definitely recommend if you are looking at selling or buying a property. ps. Everyone can sell a property at a low ball price, which seems to be the common theme with another popular agent in Chandlers Ford, but selling it at the right price takes a bit more work, that these guys are not afraid to do. fyi.
