Highly recommend Christina and the broader Charters team in Winchester. Moving home during the pandemic is far from ideal, however Christina was attentive, thoughtful and considerate and has helped to make the process of finding a new place less daunting. After viewing a few properties, we were able to find the right place and at all times Charters were professional and balanced in their dealings with us. They were transparent and honest regarding prevailing market conditions and all viewings we attended were managed with high consideration for personal safety and compliance with current COVID guidelines. Can highly recommend Christina, Gary and the whole Charters team (we ended up meeting most of them!!). Professional, personable, knowledgeable and - most importantly, just plain nice.

Charters sold my partner's property but we were overall disappointed with the service. The advert looked good but this seems to be done by another company anyway. Viewings were few & far between & always conducted by someone different who did not know our house, in fact at every stage of the process we dealt with a new person & never saw the person who visited us after our initial meeting. We felt very little was done to assist with our property search as they sold houses in the areas we were looking to buy without notifying us of their availability. I suppose Charters did the job that they were hired to do but we felt the service was quite impersonal.
