GoogleAfter deciding to rent my property I found all the staff at Winchester professional and helpful especially Kathryn .....who I swear lives in the office, she answered all my questions at all times of the day and after three people viewing it , I now have a tenant moving in soon.

The whole sales team (Alex, Edward, Sarah, Amy) were impressive, giving excellent customer service throughout. Stephen Henry (Sales Progressor) was simply outstanding. His manner, dedication, diligence, patience and entire approach was second to none. Alex Smith was also an incredible support and was fantastic throughout. From the first call from Mike, the warm and welcoming connection we felt with Elle, the promptness and diligence of Victoria, Olivia, Jessica and Oliver, we couldn't speak more highly of the team for a professional and personal service. GoogleIn the process of buying through Charters, and they have been excellent to date - knowledgeable responsive and patient. Elle has been absolutely brilliant. We have had various challenges in buying, but she really knows the area, and when she takes you round the properties she clearly knows her stuff - have bought and sold various houses over the years, but Elle has been by some distance the best agent I have worked with. Above all she is patient and shows a true interest and desire to make things work. Cannot speak highly enough of her.
