GoogleWe bought through Charters Farnham in the first half of '21. Despite it being an extremely busy period on the property market, Lisa was always contactable, professional and made a quite stressful process absolutely seamless. We couldn't recommend her (and Charters in general) more highly.

GoogleAfter 4 months of house searching trying to find our dream house and during that time each time a new house came on the market Toby Beagley was straight on the phone to make us aware of a new property, unlike other estate agents which you may hear from infrequently. He always remembered what properties we had seen and took on board our dislikes and made sure when eventually a new build came onto the market we were the first purchasers through the door. GoogleThe team at Charters Alton helped us through a very challenging move process through lockdown. Understandably the pace of progressing a sale & conveyance has been largely different to more normal of times. Nonetheless Toby, Jonathan & team were on hand to provide support, give very regular feedback and follow up with all parties involved. GoogleEveryone at Charters was super helpful when me and my partner began our house buying journey as first time buyers. We were clueless and Edward was very friendly and informative, he made me feel at ease! He arranged a mortgage advice meeting with Rob (who has also been fantastic!), which helped us to understand our options, and arranged a wide range of house viewings so that we could get an idea of what we wanted. Upon finding our house, Edward has still been available to answer any questions and give us advice - he always replies quickly and has kept us up to date with the progress of our chain. An excellent and outstanding company to deal with, Simon Edser sold us the house of our dreams, despite the challenges of Covid-19 and the lack of property stock. I must also mention Amy Steele who has also been so amazing, as she has kept us fully updated, and followed up the progress of this purchased every step of the way.
