Even when dealing with so many different parties and in quite a stressfull situation. I will miss talking to her! So glad we picked Charters! We have just sold our house and bought our next property through Charters and we could not recommend them highly enough. Elle, Mike, Victoria, Jess and all the team are not just professional, but get to know the client and the property very well, providing informed and thorough viewings, as well as perceveiring to get the right house for us to move on to, listening and taking under consideration our requirements. Working in very difficult circumstances with Covid, they have not let their customer service down and have kept us well informed throughout, never failing to call and update us. Their floorplans and photos are professionaly made; and included in the price, and second to none from any other agent in the area, showing off the property at its best. A very interpersonal service which is just what you need when selling your home. Cannot speak highly enough for all of the team. From a seller perspective, suggest to take notes about any little things which could improve the prospect of your sale. We recieved very professional and helpful advice.
