GoogleWe have had an entirely positive experience with Charters in Alresford during our house hunt in the area. Special mention has to go to Gail who has been wonderful - friendly, always professional yet laughing, and a pleasure to liase with. Herself & a colleague went out of their way to arrange things like video tours for us as we were house hunting from another part of the country. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Sarah gave us the best viewing house experience. Kevin and Beccy helped us to get through the mortgage and getting everything done in time. GoogleCharters have been absolutely fantastic with the sale of my late fathers flat in Badger Farm. From day 1, we received a friendly and professional service that we simply cannot fault. I want to thank Aidan in particular who provided us with regular updates and was always on the end of an email or phone if we had any questions. I spoke to other members of the Charters team (Ollie and Jonny for example) on some occassions who were also wonderful. I feel very confident that anyone considering selling or renting out a property with Charters would receive the high level of service that I have received. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotDon’t trust Charters when buying a…
Don’t trust Charters when buying a house because you will be very disappointed as it will probably be Sold before even being put on their site. This happened to us recently. House on site that day SOLD even though phoned on same day mmmm smacks of sharp practices.
Dear Carl, there are instances where properties do sell on the day they are listed. This is wonderful news for the homeowner but can be frustrating if you miss out on something you would like to view. We encourage all customers to register with their nearest branch so they receive new property alerts and updates as they happen.

GoogleAttended a scheduled viewing only to find on arrival that no access to the property had been arranged. Significant time wasted travelling to and from the property in question. GoogleWe have had our property , a 1 bed apartment in a good location in Winchester for nearly 4 months . Only 1 viewing ,would not give a reason why the customer did not want to proceed . There has been a further 2 viewings booked but canceled - no reason given why . We were given a " glowing " report regarding Charters SELL properties - They said they would contact us weekly to review progress - nothing BEWARENegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
